Meet Daya

Daya Grant, PhD, MS is a certified mental performance consultant, neuroscientist and yoga teacher. She is wildly enthusiastic about helping athletes tap into their inner power and perform from a place of calmness and joy. She’s worked with athletes across a wide range of sports, including football, soccer, volleyball (beach and indoor), rowing, crossfit, baseball, gymnastics, ice skating, basketball, cycling, running, and dance. As a former ballet and modern dancer - and current triathlete - she understands what it takes to master the mind and unlock higher levels of performance. She’s also a writer for Triathlete Magazine and has been featured on several podcasts (including Peloton’s podcast, Fitness Flipped) and in many publications (including the New York Times and Vox). She lives in LA with her husband and their two young boys, where she loves to go to the beach, hike, and cheer on her older son in all his youth sports.

Meet Micha

Micha Shaw, MS is a meditation teacher, mental performance coach and former professional athlete. She is a big dreamer and is passionate about helping athletes achieve their dreams with the mental support and training she was searching for as an athlete. Micha has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports including, swimming, waterpolo, CrossFit, ballet, lacrosse, golf, volleyball and track and field. As a professional open water swimmer, she was a National 10K Champion, World Championships participant (10K and 25K), National silver medalist in the 5K and 25K and 6 x USLSA National Champion. Still an avid athlete, she enjoys running, surfing, rock climbing and has aspirations to compete in an ironman and learn tennis and golf. She lives in Long Beach, CA with her husband, two kids and dog, Billie.
